Supervisory Skills

TKFay’s Supervisory Skills program is designed for participants who are new to the supervisory role and/or hold a front-line supervisory role with a new company.

Participants will acquire skills and techniques that will increase their effectiveness when interacting with their staff and customers.

This 21-hour program is divided into seven three-hour modules, which can be completed individually or as a series. Each session addresses a specific topic or skill set.

 These workshops are highly interactive, balancing lectures with individual and group exercises that allow participants to practice their new skills using real-life situations.
